What we sell
What does Obsidian Keys sell?
Digital activation keys for games and DLC, software licences, and gift cards. Everything is delivered as a code: there is nothing physical to ship.
Which platforms are covered?
Most of the catalog is Steam. There are also keys for EA App, Ubisoft Connect, GOG.com and Battle.net, keys for Xbox One, and gift cards for Steam, Xbox and PlayStation.
Every product page states its platform, and you can filter the shop by platform from the sidebar.
Will a key work in my country?
It depends on the product. Most of our catalog is region free, which means it activates anywhere. Some keys are restricted to Europe, and a few to a single country.
The region is shown on every product page and is one of the filters in the shop. Check it before you buy: a region-restricted key will not activate outside its region, and that is set by the publisher, not by us.
Where do your keys come from?
From a managed supplier catalog. We do not generate keys ourselves and we do not resell keys bought by members of the public: every listing traces back to the supplier we source from.
That is also why the catalog changes on its own: it refreshes automatically throughout the day, so what you see is what the supplier currently has.
Buying
Do I need an account?
No. Browsing and searching need no account. You can create one from the Sign in page if you want to, but nothing on the site requires it.
What currency are prices in?
Euro (EUR). There is no currency switcher, so what you see is the only price we hold.
Why did a price change since I last looked?
Our catalog comes from a supplier and refreshes automatically throughout the day, so prices and availability move without notice. The price on the product page is the one that applies at that moment.
Anything else
How do I find a specific game?
Use the search box in the header, or open the shop and narrow it with the filters for category, platform, region and price.
Something on the site looks wrong
Please tell us. Wrong artwork, a description that does not match the product, a price that looks like a mistake: all of it is worth reporting through our contact page.
