Right of Withdrawal
If you buy online in the UK you normally have 14 days to change your mind, without giving a reason. Digital content is the exception, and this page explains exactly how the exception works here.

The 14-day right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day your contract is made to cancel a distance purchase.
How digital content changes it
For digital content supplied immediately, the right ends once supply begins, provided you agreed to that and were told you would lose the right.
Revealing a key is the moment supply begins. Before that, you keep the right. After it, the right has ended.
What you agree to at checkout
When you order, you ask us to supply the key straight away rather than waiting 14 days. In doing so you agree to two things, both stated at checkout:
- supply begins immediately, and
- you lose the right to cancel once the key is revealed.
Without that consent we would have to hold your key for 14 days before sending it, which is not what anyone buying a key wants.
When you still have the right
If you have not revealed or redeemed the key, you keep the full 14 days. Tell us within that period and we cancel the order and refund you: no reason required, and no questions asked.
What the right does not cover
The right to change your mind is separate from your rights when something is wrong. Losing the right to cancel does not affect a faulty key, a key that was already redeemed, or a region that does not match the listing. Those are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy and by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and they apply whether or not you revealed the key.

Your refund
We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the payment method you used. We do not charge a fee for cancelling.
